What and to whom does this privacy policy apply?
“ELPIDA” EOOD, with its headquarters and registered address in the city of Pomorie, St. Georgi quarter, 28A Musala Street, is the administrator of the personal data provided by you and information that is connected to you and can identify you, and which we we collect from and for you, through the services of the company and within the scope of the activity of the same. Such information (“Personal Data”) is processed in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to all users, including those who use the company’s services without having registered or subscribed to the company’s service, as well as to those who have registered or subscribed to the company’s services the company. The data collected for the purposes specified in Section 3, item 3.1. – 3.7 of this Policy for the protection of personal data, are kept for the time of provision of the services to the Company or execution of the contractual relationship with the company, adding the duration of the limitation period according to the applicable legislation after the termination of the services or the execution of the contract with the Company ;
The data collected for the purposes specified in Section 3, item 3.8 of this Policy for the protection of personal data are kept for the time necessary to enter the Company’s Service through a social network;
The data collected for the purposes specified in Section 3, item 3.9. – item 3.10. of this Personal Data Protection Policy, are kept for a period of 24 months from their collection;
